Jets Pull Out Huge Win in Buffalo

Well Jets fans, what a huge win yesterday in Buffalo. This could have been the most important game of the year thus far, and the Jets were able to come away with the victory. Despite one more interception by Brett Favre returned for a touchdown, the Jets were able to hold on to move into a tie for first place (yeah that's right, first place) in the AFC East with the Bills and Patriots at 5-3. A pretty well played game as the Jets got four field goals from Jay Feely, a rushing touchdown from Thomas Jones, and a 92-yard interception return for a touchdown by Abram Elam (5th in Jets history with a defensive touchdown of more than 90 yards) as their scoring. An interception by Darrelle Revis in the endzone with 1:14 left in the 4th quarter sealed the victory by the Jets. Favre finished the day with 201 passing yards and zero touchdowns, but the better story I guess you could say was that he kept his mistakes minimized with only one interception this week. He still has eight in his last four games, but it was good to see him play better this week. Well earned win Jets, now let's get to 6-3 after a nice win against the Rams this Sunday.
